How to place new Order

1. If you are new customer, at first sign up and then log in with your username and password. If you are old customer just log in with your username and password.

2. Then click on add funds and add some money in your account.

3. Click on Order => New Order

4. Choose service Category => Order Service => Insert Link => Quantity => Check the order confirmation box => Submit

Can I cancel orders which already place?

After Placing order, Cancellation of that order will not be accepted, because our maximum Services process Auto instant to the Main server and takes Credit ($) instant from our balance. Don't Make your Page/Profile/Link Private or Remove after placing an order. Order will be immediately marked as completed in such scenarios. No cancellation or refund will be provided for them.

How much time to Start and Complete the orders ?

If any Service Name is written with Instant that means the order will Process Automatic Instant to Main Server and start after place orders Or In few Minutes. If any Service Name not written with Instant that means the order will start any time In 24 Hours. Our maximum Services Process Automatic and start Instant. Some time could be delay due to some specific reason such as Social media site Update or under maintenance of our server. That's why we may not give you any Guaranty for Instant Start. All orders are taken for 24 Hours. So do not contact us before 24 Hours If Your any order not start Instant.

Will My/Client Account be in Danger if I purchase your Services?

Absolutely not! You are 100% safe with us, that’s a Guarantee. Because our all Social Media Services are from real people, your account is safe and we have never caused a customer's account to be suspended. We’ve offered our Service to lots of regular customers, and have never heard of any account being banned or deleted after using our service. But we suggest reading our full terms of service before ordering!

What is Partial Status?

If the status is Partially completed it means the system can't give more likes/followers to the current page and money automatically refunded for remains likes/followers. Please order in the different server in that case

Example: You bought an order with quantity 10 000 and charges 10$, let's say we delivered 9 000 and the remaining 1 000 we couldn't deliver, then we will \\\"Partial\\\" the order and refund you the remaining 1 000 (1$ in this example).

What is Drip Feed?

Drip Feed is a service that we are offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically.

Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes, you will put

Link: Your Post Link

Quantity: 100

Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc…)

Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post each 30 minutes, if you want each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes)

 

P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs),

Example if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000 which is bigger than the service max (4000).

Also never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put Interval less than the service start time or it will cause a fail in your order).

Can I get a discount?

We do not offer any discount, the prices that you see are the prices that you get!

Payment Method is NOT showing in my Account

I placed an order which was supposed to start \\\\\\

All Orders which are mentioned \\\\\\\"INSTANT\\\\\\\" start instantly. But some times it may start little bit late (around 1-3 hours). So don't worry. Be patient and wait. 

I opened Support Ticket but still I did not get answer. Why?

We do our best to respond to every ticket during normal business hours 9:00am to 11:30pm - +6GMT everday (all days of week) but this support becomes slow after 11:30pm till 9:00am. So any ticket opend will get response as early as possible but keeping in the view, above timings.
